Kofa's mission is to make clean, reliable energy available anytime, anywhere. Swap & Go is the mobile app that puts the entire Kofa network in riders' hands — from locating nearby swap stations and tracking energy insights to managing their account on the go.
I led the end-to-end design of the app, from early problem framing and flow mapping through to a high-fidelity, launch-ready product. The goal was to make battery swapping feel as seamless as possible, reducing friction at every step — from onboarding to the moment of swap.
