TRUSTED KYC VERIFICATION SOLUTION
Metric Identity is an on-demand, seamless identity verification tool that helps businesses automate KYC processes with maximum accuracy; detecting and preventing identity fraud before it happens. Through live facial capture matched against a customer's national ID, businesses across financial services and government can verify who they say they are in seconds.
Throughout the project, I collaborated with various stakeholders, including the CPO, Product Owner, and Engineers, to build and maintain the core functionalities of the platform; designing the verification flows, the SDK integration experience for partner businesses, and the trust signals that make a high-stakes process feel simple and secure. The result: a system that has helped prevent over $8M in annual fraud losses while staying aligned with data privacy regulations.
